What you are buying, what it is not, and how to get your money back.

These terms apply when you use SubdivisionPro. By running a check, subscribing or buying a report, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
A research tool. It reads publicly available Western Australian planning and cadastral data — Landgate SLIP, the R-Codes under State Planning Policy 7.3, council scheme data and OpenStreetMap building footprints — and applies a consistent set of checks to the properties currently for sale in the Perth metropolitan area.
What it is not: legal, planning, financial or investment advice, and not a substitute for a licensed town planner, surveyor or your local council. A result saying a block is feasible is a research prompt, not an approval, and not a promise that any authority will approve a subdivision.
Planning rules, zoning and lot boundaries change, and source data can be out of date or wrong. Always confirm subdivision potential with your local council and a licensed professional before you buy anything.
Sign-in works by an emailed link, so keep control of your email address. Your subscription is for you — do not share your sign-in link, resell the data, scrape the map, or redistribute the listings we surface. We may suspend an account doing any of those without a refund.
Prices are in Australian dollars. We may change pricing, but never for a billing period you have already paid; subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email.
Cancel anytime from your billing page — no lock-in, no notice period, no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Our refund policy, plainly:
To request a refund, email contact@subdivisionpro.com from your account address. We reply within one business day and process approved refunds to the original payment method within five.
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
We aim to keep SubdivisionPro running and the daily scan on time, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Source systems we depend on — Landgate SLIP, listing portals, Overpass — go down sometimes, and a scan can be delayed or incomplete as a result. Extended outages are handled under the refund policy above.
To the extent the law allows, SubdivisionPro is provided as is, and we are not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make using it — including a property purchase that turns out not to be subdividable. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
This is the important one, so to say it once more plainly: do your own due diligence, and get professional advice, before you buy a block.
The underlying planning and cadastral data belongs to its publishers, under their own licences. The assessments, layouts, scoring and site are ours. You may use the output for your own property decisions; you may not republish or resell it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction.
Questions about these terms: contact@subdivisionpro.com, or through the contact form. A real person replies.
